Check in time, check out time  

Normal check in time is between 12 noon and 9pm on your day of arrival. Any other times are by prior arrangement only. Please let us know when you plan to check in and call us if this changes.

Check out is by 10 am on your day of departure.

Registration  

For reasons of safety, we must have details of all of the people in your party staying at the hotel including any visitors.  

3 golden rules  

Guests must adhere to the following 3 rules.

Rule 1: No smoking
Our bedrooms and public rooms are strictly non-smoking. Please do not smoke inside the guest house. If you smoke outside, please close doors to ensure that fumes are not getting inside.  

Rule 2: Responsibility for loss or damage
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time incurred.  

Rule 3: Care for others
If in our reasonable opinion you or any member of your party behaves in a way that may cause danger, upset or distress to another guest or third party or damage to our property, we will ask you to leave immediately.
